Remote Assistance
In order to improve online support to its clients, Nova Logix now offers "no hassle" remote assistance that requires NO software installation by the client.
Remote assistance allows our technical support team to temporarily control a client’s computer over the internet to resolve technical issues.
Here's how to initiate a session once you have contacted us:
- Click on the REMOTE ASSISTANCE link on our Home page;
- Run the Support_an.exe program;
- Double click on the Remote Assistance option on the left pane;

- Let Nova Logix do the work!
To close the remote assistance session, all you have to do is right-click on the icon  on the notification area (system tray) and select the Close option.
