Between 1998 and 2006, Nova Logix has developed and rolled out a suite of proprietary Salary & Non-Salary Budget Forecasting Systems for the Government of Canada.
The systems have been welcomed with great enthusiasm by public servants who where looking for a simple and robust solution to forecasting.
The two systems share the same general structure and have been designed specifically for the intended clients, taking into consideration their specific needs and giving them full control over budgeting.
They offer flexible and adaptable forecasting alternatives (to large-scale generic systems) while incorporating notions such as ?responsibility centre?, ?commitment?, ?free balance?, ?invoice? and ?difference?.
Up to now, 4 groups are using customized versions of these software and other departments have shown interest in having customized versions.
